Freeze frame with Basic KKL

Hi,

 

I have basic KKL module and I cant find where can I read freeze frame data from ECU selection. Can you help? I saw on your site that basic KKL supports reading freeze frame data.

If freeze frame data is available for an error, there is a chevron on the left of the error code.

 

If you click on the chevron, the freeze frame data is displayed.

I buy a KKL OBD2 Diagnose Passat Polo Beatle Sharan Golf Polo Lupo A3 A4 A6 Skoda Seat.

When I start ODB-2 diagnostic, I get an error "Can't connect ECU""

My car is "Volkswagen LUPO 1.0i 50 8V 1998" ans seem be not compatible
