Clearing fault codes

I've got basic module KKL and blue KKL cable. I can read fault codes but I can't erase them. there is a lock figure in the erase button and information that I need basic OBD2 module. So is it possible that I can't clear fault codes with this KKL cable?

Hello,

 

you should have the possibility to erase the fault codes directly in the engine control (01).

To erase OBD2 fault codes you need the CarPort Basic-Module OBD2.
