    No, it is not supported. For manufacturer specific (VAG) diagnostics with access to all control units, please use one of the following interfaces: AutoDia K509 K+CAN Commander 1.4 CP compact KKL-Interface (for K-Line only, no CAN-Bus support)

    CarPort does currently not support wifi/bluetooth interfaces for manufacturer specific diagnostics.

    The Tiguan supports CAN-Bus diagnostics only. So you will need the Basic or Pro-Module CAN (software license) and a compatible interface (e.g. AutoDia K509, CP compact or K+CAN 1.4).

    We recommend getting a K+CAN Commander 1.4 which is available on ebay.com and works seamlessly with CarPort. Important: You need version 1.4. Other versions are not supported!

    Have you managed to activate the Hidden Menu (Green Screen)? If you have the instructions for VCDS you can easily adapt it to CarPort. Let us know which step is unclear or does not work as expected.

    If it is ELM327 compatible it will most likely work. You can simply try it out with the FREE Edition. However, this interface is not suited for manufacturer specific diagnostics on your Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT or Skoda.

    The Audi A4 B7 uses K-Line and CAN-Bus for communication. Your KKL Blue cable does not support CAN-Bus. You will need a different one, e.g. K+CAN Commander 1.4, AutoDia K509 or CP compact.

    There is a different license for OBD2 diagnostics (manufacturer independent diagnostics of exhaust relevant data and faults on address 33). The Basic-Module KKL ist for manufacturer specific diagnostics (access to all control units) via K-Line. Instead of trying to clear the faults via OBD2 diagnostics (address 33) you can connect to the engine control unit (address 01) directly via manufacturer specific diagnostics and clear the fault memory there. This will also clear the OBD2 fault memory.

    The difference is in the firmware. CarPort only supports K+CAN Commander 1.4. So you should buy this one. Regards Jens

    Yes, it comes with software and hardware. With this bundle you can read fault codes and measuring blocks on all VAG cars (VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda).

    Hello Hans, if you get this message, please open the Task Manager and look for a process called CarPort.exe. Terminate this process and try to restart CarPort. Jens

    Hello blockrose, currently we only sell software for car diagostics (CarPort). On the hardware-page, it says "supported diagnostic hardware"; we are listing all interfaces that are compatible with CarPort. If you purchase a CarPort-license you get the following additional features: - clear DTCs - display Freeze Frame Data - display all measuring blocks - record measuring blocks into a csv-file - create a diagnostic report Regards Jens

    You can only monitor the listed pids. CarPort will display all pids supported via the OBD2-protocol for your car.

    Hi perrya, CarPort is a pure software product. You will need to purchase an apropriate diagnostic interface elsewhere. I recommend getting the K+CAN Commander 1.4 for your Volkswagen. You can find different offers on ebay.com. Jens

    Hi snorhyvel, you will need a CAN-Bus compatible interface for your VW Touran (e.g. K+CAN Commander 1.4, AGV4000 expert). The ELM327 is for OBD2-diagnostics only and not suited for manufacturer specific diagnostics. Regards Jens
